Noah Trammel was born and raised in Florence, South Carolina. He has two younger siblings named Sam and Nick. He has been married to his wife Kaitlyn since March of 2020. He began working with Chick-fil-A in 2013 and currently serves as the Director of Operations. Noah started as a Team Member and embraced the standard of excellence he was surrounded with. He gave his best and learned throughout various roles within the business serving as a Team Leader, Manager, Labor and Scheduling Director, Food Cost Director, and Financial Return Director. Notably, he helped lead his team to back-to-back Symbol of Success and Champions Club during the challenging times in 2020 and 2021. Noah Received a Bachelors degree in Marketing and a Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management (2015-2018) from Francis Marion University. He also received his Master's in Business Administration (2020) from Francis Marion. He has also earned a certificate in Executive Management (2023) from Francis Marion University. He has first-hand knowledge of the impact that professional coaching can have on someone's journey toward their goals as he spent a year with a professional coach. Noah leads and coaches leaders every day and aspires to serve leaders who are chasing their goals and dreams.
